Win Streak Snapped by Jets

GAME 1: Game one saw the Prospects Academy win streak come to an end at the hands of Vauxhall Jets. The Academy gave VAB 13 free passes which turned into 14 runs in their first loss of the year by a score of 14-6. Keegan Hucul got the start on the mound going 4  innings allowing 9 runs on 2hits and 9 walks. Ethan Elias threw 3 innings surrending 4 runs on 6 hits. Offensivley the Prospects were led by Mitchell Beaudreau going 3-4 with a double. Also adding hits were Kyle Radke going 1-2 with 2 walks and a double, Travis Steinke 1-2 with a walk and a double, Matt Biollo was 1-2 with a double one walk and one hit by pitch.

GAME 2: Game two saw a tighter fought battle on the side of the Prospects Academy who ended up losing the contest by a score of 2-1. Brad Michaleski got the start on the mound going throwing a complete game giving up 2 runs on 6 hits through 6 innings of work. Offensivley the Prospects had plenty of opportunities, but ended up only scoring 1 run while stranding 11 baserunners. Brenholen Led the way offensivley driving 2 doubles off the wall going 2-2 with a walk. Beadreau, Thurrott, and Dewolfe all added a hit on the day.
