Prospects Academy Win 3 at Home

GAME 1: The Prospects Academy faced off vs. Pro Baseball Force and won thier 6th strait game of the fall by a score of 6-2. Emerson Savage got the start and threw four innings giving up 2 runs, 4 walks, 5 k's to pick up his 2nd win of the year. Brad Michaleski came on in relief to throw 3 scorless, no hit innings for the Academy. Offensivley they were led by Mitchell Beaudreau who was 2-3, a walk, and two runs scored, and Colton Thurrott who was 2-3 and two runs scored. Padon Brenholen, David Dewolfe, Mclean Cruthers each had a hit.

GAME 2: Game 2 saw the Prospects open up offensivley vs. Pro Baseball Force scoring 13 runs on 15 hits. Kyle Radke went 3-4, 3 doubles, and 3 runs scored. Travis Steinke went 2-4 with a double and 4 rbi's. Kevin Czarnecki was 3-4, 2 doubles, had two rbi's. Mitchell Beaudreau had 2 hits and walk while Ryan Johnson, Padon Brenholen, David Dewolfe, all added a hit. On the mound for the Prospects, Keegan Hucul threw four scorless innings giving up one hit, with two walks, and striking out 8. Kyle Wannamaker threw two innings, followed by Ethan Elias who stuck out the side in the 7th.

GAME 3: The Prospects win there 8th game of the fall by a score of 7-4 vs. Pro Baseball Force. The offence was led by Ryan Johnson who had two big rbi's in the final innings of the game and finishing 1-3 at the plate. David Dewolfe went 2-3 with a double, Kevin Czarnecki was 2-3 with a double and one rbi. Andrew Mirasty got the start on the mound going 3 innings giving up 3 runs on 5 hits, and had 2 strikouts. Andrew Minchuk came on in relief and threw 3 innings giving up 1 unearned run on one hit, while striking out three. Mat Craine struckout one and picked up the save as he retired the side in the 7th.


Prospects Baseball Academy's next game will be in Vauxhall, AB where they will take on the undeafeated Vauxhall Academy Jets on September 19th & 20th. Saturday DH will begin at 3pm, and Sundays DH will start at 11am.
